Head Chef John Collins has created an unadulterated opportunity to indulge in some of the best meat and seafood available in Australia at Paddington restaurant The Grill at The Four.

Taking full inspiration from the state of the art grill imported from Brazil, Chef John, working closely with his culinary team has created a menu that hero’s produce and utilises the grill as a tool to enhance the natural flavours of such produce.

Experimenting with different types of wood chips Chef John has mastered the art of pairing fresh meat and seafood with complimenting flavours the burning wood chips produce. This creates a completely different taste profile to any other method of cooking.

Complete your restaurant experience with one of our nostalgic desserts, providing our diners with a sense of comfort. Some of the stand out desserts include our immensely popular Banana Split, Bread and Butter Pudding and the classically Australian Pavlova.

Should you wish to dine in the privacy of your own Dining Room, there are multiple option that are sure to cater to your group. Housing four recently renovated dining rooms, each with private television screen and one featuring its own private bar, they are perfect for a celebration, corporate event or sportsman lunch.

Packages for private dining experiences include, two or three course meals, a suckling pig roast with all the trimmings or a bespoke menu created by our chefs to cater to your groups requirements.
