COOKERY CLASSES IN THE FOUR IN HAND KITCHEN



THE FOUR IN HANDS NEW COOKERY CLASSES HELD ON THE FIRST MONDAY OF EVERY MONTH.

 
Aim:

Colin’s aim with the cookery classes is to provide some of his knowledge, hints and tips to enable his customers to produce, at home, dishes that have that something just a little bit extra, that you get from years of cooking, whilst still having some fun in the kitchen.  It will also give people the opportunity to see what goes on behind the kitchen door and allow them to see ingredients from they come in until they are plated for dinner.

When:

First Monday of Every month,
Classes will run from 4pm until 8pm approx. and then the group will sit down to a dinner of what they prepared with colin and others that have been working with them through out the day.  Wine will be served with dinner.

size of the classes are quite small with a maximum of 8 people per evening - for the first few classes, and then increasing to 10 as we progress.

Entrée:

Seared Scallops with spiced Avocado Salad

Main Course:

Grilled Lamb with Champ and Salsa Verde

Dessert:

Panna cotta

Cost of the evening is $150 per person
inclusive of all ingredients and equipment use, hire of chef’s Aprons, dinner and wine to finish the evening of with.

For group book outs of 8 the price is $1000.

Booking and paying for 4 classes at $500 – to be used with in the first 6 months.
